Since most of the postings go on in the evenings and often while the poster is relaxing with a beverage, the spelling and grammar check is often knot don. So hopfully there is only t-zing going on with no harm mint!

Since the upgrades are down to 17 months it has gotten to the point where many of the people still don't have the required minimum time to hold captain. So I am thinking that the upgrade time will really start to go down from here assuming there is still some growth.

On the other hand we may run into problems growing because we can't get enough pilots and have a lack of FOs to replace guys upgrading.

There's still a lot of FO's choosing not to upgrade for a myriad of reasons, I think if we continue upgrade as quickly as we are it'll probably be another 6 months at least before we see that as an option.

Upgrade is down to 21 months not 17 months btw.

It's only 2 years for transition.

I just hope all the fast upgrades are ready for sitting reserve for a while. Things are not nearly moving as fast on the CA side as one may be think after experiencing the FO side of the house.
