Houston is done. The 900 delta flying is leaving so that leaves nothing there.

Routes and city pairs change almost daily. It's the block hours that count, And those continue to drop.

Your next step is to contact a SAPA rep.

Just for my own curiosity, is payroll or crew-support telling you no OT?

If CS, fill out a CSC if they are found to be in error.

You can't fill one out till after the SAPA president election when the SAPA website comes back on

As a new guy starting early next year I'm preparing for reserve status at both ORD and/or DTW. Do you guys have any recommendations for decent crashpads or places to stay at those bases?

For ORD a lot of crashpads are in Cumberland, it's one trains stop from OHare and very affordable. Not much to do around there, and further from downtown (about 40 minutes by train depending where you're going)Most people that stay in Chicago live in Logan square, buck town area also very affordable for a big city and closer to downtown, also with train service direct to airport

I oringally called crew support and they said as long as I can drop it and not trade I should get OT..
It was payroll who denied it... I sent a payroll correction and this was their remark...

"This trip was picked up at the same time you dropped a trip on the same days. No incentive pay is available."

I mean I get i probably don't deserve OT if I am able to drop a trip to reserves... but I'd like to know the rules so I don't switch up my schedule for nothing

Yeah talk to SAPA, you will get your OT most likely.

They don't see the good-will they burn.
We as a people love our corporations and some will even make crap up to save the corporation $60 of OT.

New Hires

What base are new hires landing at? Any chance at west coast or is DTW/MSP inevitable? How about SLC?
