All the base questions are answered on Skywest.com under careers you can see date of hires in all based.

The careers tab which was updated two weeks ago still shows the newest FO at LAX to be a December hire. Unless the new hire waited 8 weeks for IOE, which would be a long time, you are probably mistaken.

SFO and LAX both seem to be obtainable within 6 months, with a short stint at ORD.

No. ERJ SFO has been attainable before training is finished for quite some time. Likely remain that way for a while.

Knew I threw in that maybe for a reason. The reason I thought so, is if you look you got about 8-15 FOs tryin to get into SFO and last month no one got in at all, (maybe 1 FO) guys who were moving down on the seniority list actually moved up a couple the past two months, instead of the decrease they were seeing.

The Dec classes were the last one to get in.

Dec class just finished training last month if you count IOE. Jan class finishes this month.

The company submitted an offer and it was pure junk. Long term and no real money, so nothing to see here.
