You know, most SkyWest pilots I've met (at least the more senior ones) have been great folks. I honestly believe that a 3 way integration with SKW, ASA, and us at XJT would have made us an unstoppable airline. Xpressjet is transitioning to a dual class fleet and even then they are hopeful that United will have to keep the 145 lift with new *profitable contracts*. Profitability is a business thing too.
