It seems if you are honest and not chronic, it's a non issue? Numerous stories like that. Guys a total **** bag! |

Family first? Definitely wasn't the FAT chief pilot, that guy doesn't give a rats ass about family emergencies. Buddy of mine called in cause his wife was home sick and his newborn baby home sick as well. FAT chief pilot called him and asked what's up. Buddy explained and said his family needed him. This *******'s response was, "Well the company needs you too."

My fatigue and emergency calls have gone to about once per month now. Anyone else higher? It's frustrating when all I ask for is a couple days off for the entire month, and I have to work a local or standup that was put on my schedule for layer 7. It use to no problem getting rid of a short trip. Now you can't.

There's a quite a few guys in DFW working for SKW. It's pretty easy to commute out of. But yeah. I'd go for Envoy, Mesa, or ExpressJet, all of which have bases there.

...and why is it that everyone's so silent about the fact that all CRJ FOs on property have had their Jungle Bus transition bids bypassed till an August award / September class date? Meanwhile new hires continue to get that airframe assigned while some very senior FOs are being bypassed for the entire summer flying season.
Not a peep from SAPA. They're too busy doing...whatever it is they do. |

ATP Test?
Does Skywest offer to let students take the ATP CTP test after completing the course in STL? Or do you have to go somewhere else on your own to take the test? Live in SoCal.
If anybody has info it's appreciated. thanks |
