I have to laugh at comments like this. What? Is it too hard for you to read a well thought out narrative? Do you prefer to read the 2 paragraph summary of a 450 page book too?

Sometimes it takes more than 50 words to make some good points.

I heard 6 (from 1 source) and 9 (from a different source) Alaska 175s in DAL for LGA/DCA. Right now we are using 3 for only LGA turns. It is a long way from a MX base...seems like they would at least put line MX in DAL.

Being senior will always pay better than being junior. If you're not in the top third of the Captains list, move on.

I'm much more senior than you, our pairings just really suck!

There has been a marked decline over the last few months.

I did read it all. He makes some excellent points. I must have taken him quite awhile to write it. This site is useful when you are bored on long layovers. Other times, most people have better things to do.

I don't know if this has been discussed yet, but skywest is starting a 24month zero-hero program using their newly purchased TransPac, soon to be renamed "Aeroguard".

Day 1: student pilot

Day 720: start at Skywest.

Stock closed at $44.40, up $10 over the last month, that's almost 30%. Something's going on behind the scenes.

If something big is announced it would unfortunately mean insider trading further erosion of the little guy.

The rest of the aviation trading word has sold off over the last month and offers better value.
We will see.
I think they may be buying back shares they said they were going.
