On the sapa site they said there was a increase in DTW/ATL flying last minute.. and needed to anust the DVR. Supposedly 23 people that bid CRJ Upgrade and 40 slots... could go to Newhires if they have the time...

After some investigating. The original DVR that closed on the 31st only had 23 CRJ CA vacancies between DTW/ATL. 15 in DTW and 8 in ATL. They got notice of increased flying after the bid closed. Now need 40 combined new captains for DTW/ATL. Put up new bid and the MSP vacancies are gone.
I know its going to start getting junior. Im 3300ish and am expecting this award or the next. I am prior 121 with the time. I think you have to get closer to 3000 until you start finding the guys with 1000 time at Skywest.

If they lowered the time needed, I’ve yet to hear it. Would be nice to not have a 2500FW limit imposed

Hey all, I'm a new hire and just trying to figure out pay.
On training pay I'm getting around $900 a check after taxes and trying to budget for an apartment, any ideas on what I can reasonably expect once flying the line? I know it's going to go up but unclear with all the little things that get added in later (IE: Per-diem).
Trying to figure out if I need to be budgeting for an apartment, or sucking it up and living with extended family in-domicile. I suppose living with family isn't as bad when you are gone 4 days a week.

The SkyWest limits need to drop.
Then we profit.
