1. Profit Sharing (Pilots only): Paid twice a year, newhires eligible but pro-rated based on credit earned. Not sure if you had to be employed for the entire six month period on which the profit share is calculated. Based on formal finance reporting.
2. Performance Rewards: Paid quarterly, must be > one year. Based on operational metrics.
3. Financial Rewards: Paid quarterly, must be > 2 years. Based on formal finance reporting.
2 & 3 show up together on the same bonus check. So you get six bonus checks/year, 2x PPS, 4x quarterly rewards.

Weird, Frontier pilots vote to get rid of FAPA for ALPA. They will be the 31st pilot group to join ALPA. Good to see another group find their kahonas
