First, there is exactly zero ERJ flying in ATL per DL net.
Second, we will likely have more a/c serving the NYC market than we have in ATL. I have a hard time seeing that w/o a base there eventually. But it will likely take 9-12 months and two massive winter IROPs to get to that conclusion.

Why don't any of the Sapa representative candidates say whether they voted yes or no to the TA? Isn't that the main issue here? Like I don't care if they think skywest has the greatest pilots. I want to know how they voted. Were they yes voters? I'm specifically talking about region 3.
Also a pilot should be on line for at least a year before being eligible to vote.
The SAPA president went to all the new hire classes and did the hard sell.
It's time for change!

Because management (amcnd) would then know who voted against the company and they would be targeted. While there are some fantastic individuals as our reps the sad reality is SAPA represents the company to the pilots. Their hands are tied. When the VP of Ops tells me our current SAPA president is the best one we have ever had, that tells me he is not representing the pilots.

Focus on GTFO of here. Keep moving up. That right there constitutes our change.
Investing in changing a regional is like altering a mountainside into a pristine, robust city - it'll take a lot of resources and expense achieving that. Moving up and out to a better air carrier on the other hand is like traversing around the mountain range to reach the glistening city on the other side of the mountain next to the resource-rich river bank which has already been constructed and has a great, proven standard of living. Don't waste time on developing a mountain side. Circumnavigate it and head straight to the already established city on the leeward side on the shiny river bank.

Everybody has their own opinion and that is fine, but I don’t care how a rep votes. I care if or if not a rep votes to send the package to the pilot group AND what was or was not in said package.
That said, I’ve heard a couple of reps announce publically that they voted no which is contrary to what I’ve read here.

With 19 years in the regional game, starting over at another regional probably makes people into a less friendly version of themselves.
Merry Christmas.
