No FO will substantially find their seniority changed after this bid. The pool will remain about the same size with ExTO returns.
For those displaced, they will still be on weekend reserve, just at a less convenient domicile.
I actually declined in relative seniority due to VSP and ExTO. Not complaining, I’m senior enough that 1221 and base shrinking didn’t affect me, and junior enough that I don’t have to worry about upgrade. But just because you see upgrades don’t assume that automatically everyone is better off. While the medium to long term prospects look good, the next couple months will be rough.

Yep. It sure is crazy hearing a few people WHINE about upgrades. Then they complain that the company threw in some extra upgrades at the last minute!

I guess you senior enough for it not to effect. Got it. After all the other displacements out west. Here come more. Thought this company was all about QOL.

There’s plenty of bad trust me….. covid exposure pulls no longer paid, training scheduling doing whatever they want, bait and switch open time…… but complaining about being junior seems like whining to me.

Nope, my juniority is huuuuge! Big enough to have my furlough warning framed on my wall. So no cool aid drinker here and if even I can see that upgrades are good I have no idea how people can find them bad.

I guess we'll just have to differ then. Because to me it's that the hits just keep coming.
