I’m opted in but won’t chase it. If I can hold CA in my base first, great. If I can’t, but can Lance, awesome. I’ve no issue sitting weekend rsv at home or getting crappy vacation weeks. Kids are young so no real sports/extracurricular activities I need off for.

Is there an easy way to see who the new lances are? The only way I can see how to do it would be to look at the seniority list in the bid pack...compared to the prev month bid pack.

It looks like the plug lance can't hold CA in any base.

Because of the way the employee numbers work (highest numbers is not necessarily to most junior in this cohort) I didn't check every pilot, but there are certainly new Lances that cannot hold upgrade.

Looking at the SWAPA Lance report, I'm not as far away as I thought in some west coast bases. Not sure if people will opt back in when staffing gets better.

RJ...

There's a thread on the Contract 2020 Facebook page with your name on it. They're talking about upgrade time and lots of 10-12 year FOs are complaining that they can't hold the left seat anywhere in the system yet.

That BBQ is going to be the saddest but most delicious I've ever had. I hope my tears don't water down the BBQ sauce. ;-)

Twelve year guys? Are we including time at the Tran in that figure? I’m a little confused as we have had 90,000 number upgrades, correct?

Hang in there Eeyore… we haven’t even really started hiring and upgrading

Mark my words, you’ll be treating for some fine BBQ. I don’t wanna see any tears when you get the bill though.

I see my reputation as cheapskate precedes me. Just drinks we could find in the 1,2,3 right?
