You asked about SWA, so I asked about other comparable companies. I don't know everyones policy, I just assumed the United, Deltas and Americans all had facial hair policy in place.

Here at the SW Air Force, we frown on beards. I mean how are we going to get the full F15 mask on if they suddenly buy some of those sweet machines for us?!? Jeez...

I thought UAL went with a standard grooming policy for ALL employees.
Update: just looked into this. No word on facial hair.
