You might have to explain the Flag Tie thing to this group. It's not something that the casual observer would know about.

The union said wear a solid color tie in solidarity. All the yes voters still wear the flag tie. We had 38 percent vote yes for a contract that was worse than Great Lakes airlines contract .

I wasn't here yet to vote no. I wear the flag tie because I know that terrible symbol of oppression rustles some peoples' jimmies in certain places and I find enjoyment in that.
