I don't know, but the company would be negligent if it didn't have one.

if I had to guess, Plan B could be any one of:

buy breeze
buy frontier
buy allegiant
then exercise the options on their existing airbus order book...

Says it all about Boeing

When people say I changed the culture of Boeing, that was the intent, so that it’s run like a business rather than a great engineering firm,” he said. “It is a great engineering firm, but people invest in a company because they want to make money.” (Chicago Tribune, 2004 (https://www.chicagotribune.com/chi-0...b29-story.html))
-Henry Stonecipher, former McDonnell Douglas CEO turned Boeing CEO

saw the CEO of Boeing on the money channel and phil asked him if it would delay the 7 and he said no. But it did look like he was nervous

Not his decision to make. Bottom line is the FAA has to sign off on it. In this enviroment? Nope. Boeing now has been spanked with 787 program, Max 8 and now the Max 9. Hits keeps on coming. Meanwhile their is a great match of picket ball between finance and HR today at the GO. Can't wait.
