There's margin built in to the margin, but you know that. We have an LTP for a reason, don't land past it.
The company doesn't care about displacements, so let's not act like that's a consideration with a new base. The latest company propaganda (Townhall) they stated basically that the displacements are a juniority problem and that there will always be junior people. Also, that would shorten the commute for a lot of folks.

Reverse engineering the LTP…there’s another SWA-ism. Lemme break out my abacus and protractor so I can determine to the foot when I have to go around. Like the dude next to you know WTF 3,752’ looks like at 150 mph.

I perform an exhaustive briefing on the calculation of the LTP. PowerPoint, briefing cards (of my own design) and a short scored quiz complete this banquet of RRM deliciousness. I’ve named this process …… The Pineapple Feast.

2.5 yrs after upgrade and on the cusp of getting kikced out of base and going backwards the whole time after over 10 yrs on property may cause someone to ahve a bad attitude. The good this is my chief doesn't call me when I use my sick time.

Yup. Always nice when your schedule is worse after almost 3 years. CP’s told me many many times to burn the sick time whenever I feel like it. Just hoping we don’t get booted next year….
