And throwing the “outsourcing” boogeyman out there right away? Sounds like management scare tactics.

We have the strongest scope in the industry….. lets leverage that and stay unified and strong.

IMHO, if SWA adds a smaller plane to the fleet this place is BK in ten years. It would be the clearest signal yet that they have no idea how to grow the airline.

Lots of opinions here, most of them probably wildly incorrect (including my own). I think we should leave the running of the airline to the experts.

As for scope, there will almost certainly be more relief. If you haven't listened to the latest swapa number podcast, do it now. It is full of what I would call pretty clear foot stompers. The key for us is to limit scope relief to something that is going to grow the seniority list and not shrink it. Someone else flying our metal is a non starter. Someone else flying our pax needs to have strict limits.

Because this is a discussion forum where ideas and topics are debated? Also, I don't think anyone in this thread has advocated for reducing scope or letting anyone else fly our metal. The real discussion is whether rates change to fly a different airplane. My last point on this topic, as it has been beaten to death, is this. If there is so much pushback to a lower scale for a smaller plane, I wonder if these same people would complain if there was a larger scale for a larger plane, because in reality, it does the same thing, creates a lower-paid group os WN pilots?

Nope, same education as most get I would guess, nope, hired when it was actually hard to get here, my WhatsApp rating is good last time an FO checked and I fly PMs. If you are getting dinner that explains a lot. You sound like a miserable individual. How pathetic your life must be. Not sure why you’re unhinged with CAs getting leading NB pay or better. It was a huge mistake especially for FOs. Those rates will compound in the future. Maybe when you make CA one day.

What sense does life long airline guy make? What does that make you? The hatred have shows your lack of education and the joke you are. The lack of reasoning is very evident. There is a block feature here. You should use it and stay uneducated! Let me guess first airline? LOL. What are you buds with JR? He’s done such a great job in swapull land.
