We got an AIP!

Like many others have said, this is a NO deal.
Why vote yes on this initial offer, even if it were acceptable?
Past experience shows that turning down the first offer, provides for gains in subsequent deals.
Especially:
Not in February. Terrible timing!
In max 3-4 months achieve improvements which will last 5-7 years!
Not when the company is rushing to sign.
Not when there is an AC order pending approval.
Not when the PBS LOA is not even drafted yet.
Not when we are giving away nearly all our QOL.
Saving a single scheduling provision, is worth 3 months.
By June management will be feeling the squeeze,
let's NOT gift them another relief
A NO vote is not a reflection on the effort of the NC, it's a vote to empower the NC with negotiating capital.
Did we learn anything from the LMS LOA ?

It's their job to sell this TA. They are going to highlight the positives and barely mention the negatives. That's how it always is when a TA comes out.
