This is the BEST negotiating climate pilots have been in, in at least a generation. Why should you make a dime less than SWA flying similar a/c when NKS can clearly afford it?

Don't forget too that the legacies will be going through another round of pattern bargaining in the fairly near future, so keep that in mind too.
Lol what?

Jesus some of you guys are just fng delusional.

We are a 1/4 of their size (and yes, it matters), how many cycles did it take for them to get there?

Dude...... you don't go from zero to hero in one shot. the term of the deal is what should worry people. Some will be happy and some will be disgusted if this passes but that's why everyone gets a vote. Reading just the bullet points though I found myself with zero excitement but at the same time thinking this will surely pass.

I don’t think size really matters. His points are valid if Spirit wants to attract quality pilots to grow.

To get scope that protects our current and future flying and LTD. It could be worth it. Without scope you’re right.

You’re right but without scope I’m willing to wait the company out and let the market decide how much size matters. To protect my job and my family’s future I’d be willing to take this big LTD, retirement, and pay gain to fight another day. Without that this offer is not good and without scope it means nothing anyway. No scope no vote
