I’d guess there’s about a 10% faction on either side of this vote. Hopefully the rational 80% will read the TA, attend the roadshows, ask questions and make informed votes that cancel out both sides of the lunatic fringe.

Sounds funny and all, you making fun of people who are decidedly “no” while you’re a strong “yes” voter, even advocating others to do so with you. Personally, I lump you in the same pile as the guy who flips to Section 3, compares to his current rate and submits his vote. You’re advocating a position based on a page of bulletin points, yet it’s others who have tin foil on their heads? Riiight...

No point in arguing about details in all the other sections yet. Without “Quality” scope language that protects our current flying AND growth we have nothing. I guess we get to see Friday if we can read this TA in one section or get a chance to have a debate past section 1
No scope no vote.

^^^^^^^^This! Gotta love the keyboard warriors on here making fun of the no pbs guys and stating their YES vote without even seeing a TA. But, most pilots are short sighted and easily distracted with a shiny object!

Guys guys....so many days typing hot air through a key board...ohhh the insanity.
Now what I can’t figure out is why everyone just can’t accept this T/A will pass the MEC and we will have to vote on it and it’s gonna pass at least 70/30.
So ***** like a bunch of teenagers going through puberty but this “turd” is getting voted in.
Whether you like it or not, accept it or move on🤪

Thanks for proving my point. Most pilots will be distracted by the shiny object of the raise and vote this in.
You are all growns up, and when you're growns up, you can vote however you want.

Quite honestly, if it doesn't meet or exceed what SWA has (not just hourly, but work rules too) why would one vote anything other than a big fat NO?
This is the BEST negotiating climate pilots have been in, in at least a generation. Why should you make a dime less than SWA flying similar a/c when NKS can clearly afford it?
Don't forget too that the legacies will be going through another round of pattern bargaining in the fairly near future, so keep that in mind too.
