Default Lines are getting worse

LAS lines average below 14 days off. Average credit around 77hrs. I kept saying to everyone and on all the surveys, we need an average minimum days off, not just minimum. SWA has minimum average 17/17.5 days off per month per base per seat, and much higher average credit (and yes, 5 years here and still updating).

Yeah, base growth has been good in LAS, 5 years is around 50%, and as a commuter I hate reserve. I just wish the pairings were built more efficiently, too many 4 days are around 15 hrs credit...

We see a lot of these really inefficient trips over at F9 as well. It's a product of only servicing a lot of these destinations once or twice a day. If the company wants to build this type of route structure/inefficient pairings then we need a better trip rig/min day.

Agreed. Would rather work harder while at work with 17/18 days off

Buyer’s remorse already? Did you read the TA before voting yes, or just skim the pay scale?

I have no remorse whatsoever. I voted yes and So far, so good. Actually exceeding my expectations so far.
