Haha. This guy again. I thought it was the maintenance that made you nervous? This might have been your final straw. See ya!

While it’s great to invest in the company and be a cheerleader, this really at a certain point shouldn’t be a pilot concern. We are paid to show up on time, conduct the operation and go home. Sure we can have opinions, but if these things bother you that much I would recommend going to a part 91 operator where you’re the only pilot and you have one airplane.

Don’t let events of right this moment affect a decision like that. Yes NK is experiencing an operational meltdown right now. But in a few days they’ll recover and things will be back to normal. Their typical passenger probably flies once or twice per year. When the time comes to book the next ticket this will be a distant memory, and all they’ll see is that they’re saving $40 on a round trip ticket to MCO.

Until a few hundred employees are hired and trained. Shouldn't be long.

In all seriousness, the government is stepping in now, according to the office of Pete Buttigieg. There will likely be long term changes to the amount of infrastructure airlines have to enable them to rebound from small IROPS, instead of turning them into week long disasters. May lead to significant changes for the ULCC's.

If there is one thing that this administration loves, it is more regulation!

I remember when Skybus used to cancel flights, they would just refund the customer and tell them good luck.

valid or not, he is a troll. He’s not doing it for serious discussion, he’s doing it to be a tool. He does this on other airline pages as well. Just recently he was chastising the Delta guys that he doesn’t wanna go to Delta because they are not professional enough for him. It’s a schtick.

I know it’s your thing to hate on spirit and I respect your opinion (truly I do) but the two of you are doing it for entirely different reasons. He just wants to pull peoples legs and get his internet jollies off. You at least have a vested interest.
