If you’re so anti-United, why are you so interested in all the fine print of our Aviate program and various other things we have going on?
The LOA that “screwed the bottom 1/3”? I don’t see how keeping thousands of pilots employed and (with Government aid) FULL paychecks with the exception of ONE month screwed them? ( I learned that I can live off 35 hours of pay and still be comfortable - family of 6) My financial situation is clearly different than others.

So how about you go back and reread the posts and show me where I mentioned anything about any LOA or other "various things" besides the woke aviate numbers.
I see you spend a lot of time supporting the aviate program. So if you dont like some Spirit pilots calling it a "woke" attempt you can always click the following above

Im glad you continue to "smile at us" at BWI while "not getting jacked" by our passengers. Spirit still has not needed to drag a passenger off one of our planes yet by their arms, so UAL is one up on us still in the Dao Index.

The irony being the fact he is “woke nation,” yet he feels threatened by what he perceives to be dangerous people of minority or/and lower social economic backgrounds
The same people he is scared of are the same UAL will be hiring in droves. Better get used to the people who you fear will “jack you”

Just about every United crew I've interacted with has been great. Helpful, positive attitudes, and just all around good people. You on the other hand. You're clearly Delta material.

I think he meant to quote me. I know so much about it because I have several friends in the bottom 1/3 at UAL. Hard to talk about much else over beers immediately after that passed. Luckily CARES 1,2,3,4 prevented that LOA from going into action after a month.
Point is our union and management came up with a plan to at least try to help all members. If it would have fallen short on enough guys taking leaves I’m sure there would have been furloughs. But at least they didnt lead with furloughs or min guarantee cuts.
