net means they included the attrition already.. newhires minus attrition = net increase.... just like your gross pay minus taxes etc = net pay

Why does the union want to start section 6 negotiating with the company (moving expenses)? Should we start with compensation (section 3)?


Although I think we need improved language such as;

If the pilot has reached 5 years of seniority then the moving crew has to bubble wrap all glasses and fragile items.


Secondly the moving crew must take off their shoes prior to entering the pilots residence or wear shoe covers on the bottom of their shoes.

section 6 does not mean what section of the contract they start with 🤦‍♂️
