To be a fly in the wall when mgmt meets with their attorneys and they discuss pilots and APC.

So yeah, you can now up the percentage held by institutional investors by another 6% - to 41%. If all go with the ISS recommendation, it won’t take many individual investors going with the B6 tender offer to make the sale a done deal.

From what I'm reading it appears that Institutional and Fund ownership is about 75%. They can swing it by themselves.

Yep. A whole bunch of institutional investors have jumped aboard since this started, it used to be only about 35%. Now it seems like at least 70%.

Is it likely if frontier doesn’t get the votes on the 10th spirit will remain independent? That’s what Christie said recently.

ULCC’s are in trouble says Scott Kerry.

I think we should vote for JetBlue instead.

I don't imagine too many people believe that. The board works on behalf of the shareholders, not the other way around.

Completely depends on how many shares JetBlue can build. If they get a controlling stake, it doesn’t matter what Ted says…

There is no option to vote ‘for’ JetBlue, just for/against F9. If enough shares are tendered to JetBlue to have a controlling stake, then JetBlue could be a reality.
