Attrition significantly increasing

Denial is the first stage of grief. You’re still living in denial. Don’t crap on others sharing their experience after leaving, it’s good info for those deciding themselves with impending class dates approaching.
You haven’t been here long enough to appreciate the fact that many have made the tough decision to leave after 10-12 years and many are still struggling with that decision.

They should have left years ago, I could have been enjoying the seniority bump sooner. FOMO and Fear finally got them out the door. Now they come back here acting as if they’re geniuses and everyone else is idiotic. LOL! High Fives all around for beating it! The real geniuses left year ago!

Yup; and that's basically what this industry and a lot of APC posts are. One thing is for sure about this specific debate and the current climate - one side is definitely taking a larger risk than the other.
