Not that it matters, but Spirit will be much smaller when the doors actually close. The process has already started just like Eastern, Pan Am, Braniff, and the rest of them.

Any idea how 363 plays into fragmentation?
Any frag language at all? But that's pretty complicated stuff, and CBA provisions could get tossed in Ch 11 anyway. 121 to 121 transfer might require that pilots go with planes, but what if the planes made a 30-day stop at a holding company first? Etc, etc.

Buy what? The 76 airplanes that won’t have engines hanging on them come 2027? The other 60 leased airplanes that will go back to the lessors? Buy the Operating Certificate so that the acquiring party can reap the benefits of the strong customer base and their brand loyalty to the stellar service spirit has provided the past 10 years? Buy the singular sim Spirit sponsored? Maybe the new Training Center it shares with Atlas like a roommate that moved into help cover the rent? Buy the valuable route network that offers Cleveland to Cancun on Tuesdays and Fridays and every other Saturday?
