Sounds like the typical CFI who got to the airlines post covid. Question is, why are you still there? Got some skeletons also?

this is pretty crude my dude. God forbid you ever had to go through a BK or an airline closure. A lot of pilots have mouths to feed, schools, children, spouses, I mean a LIFE! It’s not like it’s so darn easy to drop everything you have to go get another job. It’s still a competitive field, and the industry has slowed down. Of course people clinging to HOPE. You clearly are tone deaf.
in sure most of the pilot group is trying to leave, but some actually love their job, are loyal to the brand that’s prolly opened up a lot of opportunities for them. Stop being a DB, not everyone is single and ready to abandon ship whenever.
I was at NK short time but absolutely loved it, I can see why it’s hard for 6+ year pilots are having a though time leaving. Give people a break. Not everyone is like Osiris that’s just drinking some sick coolaid. I’m sure the bulk of pilots are looking at the logistics and making moves that will work for them and their families.

well, that's a problem. That loyalty is only a one-way street, and always will be for blue-collar workers who wear a nametag to work.

How many aircraft does Spirit currently have on their operating certificate (parked and operating)? How many of those are NEO’s that are not affected by the engine issue?

Also too many pilots (and union especially) view themselves as blue collar. And it needs to stop. We are more than skilled labor. It’s a bad mentality.

Sure would be nice if the mods could take the trash out occasionally.

They've been notified. The usual suspects will be gone soon.

Well, as one who’s personally been “AirTraned” I can affirm your comments.
