Spirit of NKS
As soon as you get out Kansas you will realize that we are the backwoods airline. As a matter of fact Singapore and the rest of the Orient puts this airline and county to shame, technically and financially.
Even our newer airports look like a campsite compared to the Orient.

I ain't gonna debate you on whether Singapore or the US has better healthcare. It's comparing apples to oranges. Singapore has roughly the same amount of people as the Atlanta metro area. A lot easier to provide healthcare for 5 million than it is for 300 million dont ya think? And besides, would ya rather live in the U.S. or Singapore?
I'm just saying no country is the best at everything.
So is that your same excuse for all 34 other countries that are not only better at health care but do it while spending less? Yep we spend the most number 1 in that category but we can't even get into the top ten from all that spending. That is a shame if not down right embarrassing.

Average Singapore doctor salary: $85K
Average US doctor salary: $185K.
Wanna know why healthcare costs more? Salary, insurance, regulations, a whole host of reasons. BUT again, I'll ask you, if you need a doctor, if you NEED healthcare or your gonna die, would you rather go to a US doctor, a Singapore doctor or somewhere else? I'm sure you can guess where im gonna go.
I'll,give you just one stat on why our healthcare costs are higher, and it's not even the most telling in our sue-happy country:
Average Singapore doctor salary: $85K
Average US doctor salary: $185K.
