A lot easier to provide healthcare for 5 million than it is for 300 million dont ya think? And besides, would ya rather live in the U.S. or Singapore?

Average US doctor salary: $185K.
Wanna know why healthcare costs more? Salary, insurance, regulations, a whole host of reasons. BUT again, I'll ask you, if you need a doctor, if you NEED healthcare or your gonna die, would you rather go to a US doctor, a Singapore doctor or somewhere else? I'm sure you can guess where im gonna go.
