I had vacation this month, I emailed crew plan within 24 hours of bid awards. They acknowledged my email, and honored the request in the final schedule.

If the final schedules haven't come out, and you want to slide for May, you might still have time to work that out, but hurry, and don't be surprised if they won't this late in the process.
