Did they mention anything about infrastructure plans to support the coming growth? Training, mx facilities, etc.

I do.
The airplane appears quiet, but you don't know what quiet is till you have the Bose on. That is quiet!

Kicking a$$ and taking names! I hope it continues, and that management is more willing to share a piece of it with the huddled masses going forward.

Spirit had $540 million in unrestricted cash and cash equivalents, no restricted cash, no debt on its balance sheet . . .

As far as the infrastructure growing along with the airline, they did say they were going to grow it, but no real specific details..........

Sounds like they need to implement some employee profit sharing.

Trying not to miss-quote the speaker.
My understanding is that they plan on expanding MX at every domicile.
The current training overflow is trained at Airbus in MIA.
Future expansion of company owned training facility at FLL, after the runway construction is complete.
We all know about the HQ expansion lease.
According to the Port of Everglades information, they plan on growing to the largest Cruise Ship Port in the world.
Legislation may be passed for international flight stop overs through FLL.
What I like most, is this fact:
We can tap into a market that will only fly on Spirit, because we are the only price they can afford.
While most pax choose NK, many can only fly NK, because of the prices NK offers.
Maintaining exclusivity of that large market is NK's strength in growing.
What's the range on those NEOs?
15% reduction in fuel consumption
4,400 lbs. of additional payload
500 nautical miles more range

Just think how many people you could shove in a 330...

Good job guys, Spirit is doing very well.
Its going to be fun to watch the battle between Blue and Spirit for FLL.
Maybe there is room for both of us.

Great numbers, I shake my head in disbelieve every time, after going thru the growing pains of grounded ACs for chcks, res sys problems, seat programs, weather, training, maintenance, changes of procedures (books), unexpected engine inspections, not enough crews, strike, all in all we turn a crazy profit every time, no to mention the usual guy that will never fly us again.
A330, I was under the impression that mgmt looked a the possibility of them planes and didn't really fit our plans, now I don't think back then we were looking at the growth that we are looking at in the next 3-5 years. I've heard from some people that a 330s only make sense after 70-80 320s, if that makes any sense. But either way it's awesome to be part of this group.

The A330 comes at a hefty price tag. It's in very high demand. So if Spirit do pursue this avenue, either we go for the A350 (which ILFC placed a large order) or we wait for the A330 price tag to drop when the A350 enters the market.
