Something to consider before you start posting on the "new" Spiritboard...because the moderator is conveniently anonymous...you may be wise to assume that s/he is either:
1. Management/management stooge
2. One of the special deal team pilots who received 200+ hours of open time/ja credit each month while you were on furlough
3. Both of the above
Just remember, the "spiritpilotboard" moderator knows who YOU are! I for one trust him/her implicitly...but that's because I'm a complete idiot who can't imagine one single malicious reason why an "anonymous" board would reappear right at negotiation time.

Don't plan on going to spiritpilotboard for that very reason. There's no anonymity and every reason to think every thing you say may possibly be held against you. Not that there's much to be worried about, but why take the chance?

I haven't seen the survey yet but, if it's written as poorly as I've heard it needs to be shut down immediately and corrected. All current results should be flushed. Reopen it and use those results. I'm going to look it over tomorrow. If it is bad I'll be contacting my rep.

Yes, I believe he is the source of many issues we have around here. For example, all the agents being let go and going with contract services, all the ground support facing the same fate. Those guys need to step back and stop being so enamored with the companies margins and take a look at the everyday operations. These guys try to save pennies on the dollar when it ends up costing millions in service failures. Soon that trickle down effect of not caring is going to cost them their industry leading margins and they will be looking to take it out of our pockets.
I bet Bendo is plotting right now how he is going to manipulate the pilot union. This guy is not very impressive. Just wait and see what these guys pull.
