I never updated mine. I applied May of last year, and went to the job fair in November, got the call around February of this year.

It is pretty scary that management has the operation running so lean that a little bit of weather ended up canceling hundreds of flights in a week. Someone should be fired for this poor planning. I want to finish my career here. Knock that **** off. Nice job to the employees for fixing the holes in the boat.

Are you saying outsourcing everything from ground handling to tech at crew scheduling caused this? Or is there more to the lack of flight attendants than meets the eye?

Don't forget about the outsourced gate agents telling the passengers that the pilots are on strike. Great call gate agents considering the airports were filled with uniformed Spirit Pilots.

And not a peep from Alpa to refute those claims.

Will Jyri will be the first to be fired? I wasn't there that long, it was before he got his new role, but I was not impressed at all with him.

You have a great pilot group and deserve WAY better than him.

Once again, the line pilots deserve better.
You obviously know nothing, he is a very good guy.
