Don't get me wrong, I'm happy to help out in an irop, I'm extremely happy that the company I work for is financial in tact and growing, I'm extremely discouraged by the teenage girl style alarmism and subsequent actions of the MEC/LEC.

In receipt of the negotiating committee's email I see their pipe dream of focused expedited negotiations has passed. This will be a long frustrating process.
