Yeah that seems impossible. We even have pilots working crew scheduling to lower costs. I doubt they do that

At least we're leading somethin'! Now, when we purchase Frontier, we'll just use their good name, it'll be a win-win situation. And we'll still be leading in complaints!

Frontier pilots make less than us, that's probably how their costs are lower

This may be the single most stupid comment made today. "No one wants to be limited to 5 junior assignments a year..."

Junior assignment is not the same as being paid 200%!

Vac I think you are missing the intent of RKs comment by looking merely at the words written here; look back at the last 20 posts of the thread and you'll see what he is saying.

Pilot compensation doesn't have as large of an impact as mgmt wants you to believe

I am sure their pilot pay does not have as much of an impact as you guys think. They are a much more senior pilot group. Most jr CA as of now is 8 years and roughly 200 fresh FOs (sept 2013 and on). Not the same can be said for NK... How many 10 year FOs does NK have or 15+ years CAs?

During the transition of NK into ULCC indigo saw many faults with the transition process (even though NK was/is extremely profitable). Despite rough early start to the year F9 seems to have much better operation with better leadership. F9 still has long ways to go to perfect there operation though.

But you guys feel free to blame the current lower pay at F9

Every plane is probably 5k+ per hour to operate. If they give us a industry average raise that bring ms it up to what? 5150?
