Even at my regional LTD went to 65 without the get another job after 24 months clause. Also spirit health ins is way better than Medicare, I would pay to keep it.

SWA hands out 50 grand of profit sharing on top of your regular pay and our profit ratio is MUCH higher.

I see no way we get profit sharing, stock options or free Spirit handbags. That door was closed with the last contract and it ain't coming back. We better concentrate on keeping our work rules, getting paid more and having more contributed towards our retirement. Anything else is wishful thinking, this is a job, plain and simple, not a culture or something like that. We're not going to get cutsie commercials, or stories on the news about some little boy waving to our planes or crap like that.
