Not sure what you mean by the spelling of JB, but I think they offer a great product, better than ours IMO.

I love the common misconception that in 2014, a "great product" in the airline industry truly means something. It's dollars and cents, who ever makes more, wins. "Great Product" is not a ledger line on a P/L.

I get what you're trying to get at but its not a news flash that everyone, just about, has a better "product" than us if we are using 1960s justification of what a "product" is.

I would argue that flying your butt from A to B for the lowest cost is the mark of a "great product" in 2014.

I mean, would it kill them to say hello in the terminals?, lol. I always wave and say hello and they just ignore me, it's like I'm talking to my wife

(I'm over sensative, I know)

I also think JB following us everywhere is cute, imitation is the most sincere form of flattery. Imagine if they start charging for carry-ons........wait a second, lol

You know what, it's weird, but I get the same thing. I'm the friendliest guy in the world, my Mom even says so, but I say hi to JetBlue and Virgin America guys all the time. Nothing, nada, usually they just turn around or look the other way.
Saw a JetBlue guy in the elevator the other day:
Me, "Hey man, how's it going, where you off to?"
Him: <grunt>
Not sure where grunt is, but doesn't sound like a place I want to hang out at.
