No vote here. I made 27 hrs for last recurrent. Why would I want to do it for 10 hrs pay on my days off? No thanks.

No. This training is on our own time. It doesn't even count as duty.

I think we have to look some other benefits other than a few hours of pay. Think about quality time and working conditions...Think that you can do your recurrent while sitting in Livonia for 22 hrs. But whatever I get your point to...
