Getting sick of these emails. It's solicitation for help. Should be paid at 200%. Instead he writes it will only be paid in compliance of the CBA. Compliance should be 200%.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours! I hope this Thanksgiving and the beginning holiday season brings an opportunity to slow down for a moment and reflect on those things we hold most dear.
Should your specific Thanksgiving plans not center squarely on top of the holiday due to your family celebrating differently, at a different time or not at all, would you viably consider some holiday flying in order to bring cheer to our passengers?
As of this evening there are numerous trips available with not enough reserves to cover all flying. Our Pilot and Flight Attendant staffing levels are quite adequate, but a number of trips are still available, starting tomorrow.
All trips will be offered and assigned in full compliance with the CBA.
Thank you for your help and commitment to creating pleasant holiday memories for our passengers!

I Don't get why the email, when JA is a speed dial and a CBA relief away....with a team of pilots ready to fly and work the CS lines.

Scheduleding called while I was in the sim doing my CUG loft tonight offering me some nice 4 day F/O trips for tomorrow. I didn't call back.

9 Open Time trips in LAS for the rest of the month. 7 of them start on Thanksgiving. This should be interesting.
