I doubt it, our daily complaining boys won't stop until we get a Doug, then they'll have Doug to complain about...

But, what of QOL?

Maybe if you lived in base, but I've got buddies who are there in that 7-10 year range who are saying no way due to QOL.

It's all relative. If you live in NYC Area it's great. If you don't, it probably blows. The difference is you are making $250,000.00 as a junior CA with a 16% DC plan

Our Junior CAs make what?, $130,000.00?

Why get worked up over the upgrade time at Delta?

It doesnt make our pay any better/worse now that Delta pilots can hold CA earlier than us, and in turn, making a lot more than us at the same longevity. Our pay was very low before their vacancy bid and still is.

Maybe we should stop worrying about Delta/AA/United and look in our own house and the issues we have. We have become the neighbors looking out the bathroom window at the new sports car the neighbor just bought, and not paying attention to the issues we cause ourselves in our own house.

-Standing Avail list a mile long
-Calling for paperwork, ice, lav, etc instead of focusing on our job.
-Lack of leadership from the current MEC
-And my favorite, guys asking the tug driver to move the plane in order to get the plane out on time and get on the clock.

Im glad Delta pilots are doing well, and hope they continue to do well. Worrying about how soon a Delta pilot will make $xxx over us doesnt advance our cause in any way.

And Bravo to the creator of The Green Dragon...awesome

Not disagreeing with you, but the standing available list is only a mile long because of formatting. It's really only a few guys in each seat it appears.

^Spot on! Its fun to key the mic to step on those asking for fuel and paperwork.. I only ask for the tug to move the plane for the FO's and my benefit...not the company's..
