Commuter policy and reserve call out
I know I've read in here what the commuter policy and reserve call out time it's but I can't remember and searching doesn't show the exact post. So,
What is the commuter policy, 2 attempts?
Reserve call out time? I think I recall 2hrs?

Short call reserve is a 2 hour call out.
Long call (which is rare) is a 12 hour call out.

Holding raleigh as a FO will take about a year at the current rate. You'll be much better off at any other base if you want a line. I'm not sure if the seniority is accurate.
Schedules, from what I can tell, aren't bad. I've actually had LCR and it's been fine. Have a line now too and it was built to 86 hours without asking much. Not bad IMO.
