Sorry, this is probably written somewhere already, but seeing as there's 2300 posts and this forum is brutal to search... How long is training and how is the first month or two post-training?

6-12 weeks and from everything I have heard it depends on what jet you get. Some are backed up and some are more streamlined. I’d love to see some more accurate data about this too!

Doesn't exist. Timelines can vary significantly from one class to another or even within a class. An idiosyncratic event (eg sim instructor calls out) can markedly alter your timeline.

How is new hire class seniority done at UAL? Age, social, etc..
