SAC was considered... briefly. Great houses and neighborhoods in the surrounding area but not enough podcasts in the world for me to do that drive regularly.

The crazy thing is that there are folks that make that round trip 5 DAYS A WEEK! I'd slit my wrists. I will eventually only have to do it 4 maybe 5 times a month.
