I didn’t care for the new paint at first but the more fleet types I’ve seen it on, the more I like it. A GS guy I sat by the other day commented to me on how much he likes the changes UAL has made, (including the AC paint and terminal remodels). He told me it was the best product we’ve had since our CAL days prior to Sept 11, and mentioned specifically how crappy it was under Jeff Smisek. Good to hear! Funny too, he seemed to assume all the newly painted jets were brand new airplanes.

Couldn’t agree more. Now that was an embarrassment! The new one is growing on me slowly but surely. Looking forward to seeing how the wide bodies wear it.

Thanks for sharing the exact thoughts of every single United Pilot. In the meantime, if it’s ok with you, can we also discuss other attributes of the airline we fly for until we have something to vote on?
