Also, Delta is requiring this because Delta is requiring this. No other reason. It's unequal treatment of employees. Where is the union on this? I'm sure there are plenty of guys at DAL who don't want the shot. Are they okay with Delta putting new hires on more desirable pairings because Delta decides to require that too?

Personally I would have liked to have seen full approval first. I don’t work for UAL but I do work for a carrier that also mandated it. F9 apparently. Im guessing insurance companies (health, LTD, life, ect…) are driving this to some extent. At some point the risk/cost is going to have to be shifted from the government to insurance companies. My guess is next calendar year. I mention this with some Alpa experience dealing with insurance companies. Grievance committee.

From a reality standpoint, the group with the fewest vaccinations are men of color. Blaming Sturgis or a political party doesn't seem rooted in reality, but then again, there hasn't been much reality or science with the response to COVID.
I'm vaccinated. It wasn't really my choice. Forcing vaccines on otherwise healthy and unaffected individuals is immoral and inhumane.
The short term effects from these vaccines can be significant. The long term effects, if any, are unknown.

It’s good to see the statistics that more than 90% of pilots are vaccinated. Don’t let the vocal minority make you think that a large share of our pilots are anti-vaxers. Most are college educated, smart, and understand science, and the vast majority got vaccinated.

The vaccine works extremely well at keeping you from getting really sick. It's not designed to get you to pass a covid test. It's about keeping people from dying and getting hospitalized. Those headlines are all pointless. You don't understand what vaccines are for

The constitution limits what the government can do to us, but doesn’t explicitly bar large corporations from imposing the tyranny the govt can’t. COVID lockdowns wiped out much of small business so the options to feed a family if we choose to quit are dwindling. Especially when all the big companies make the shot mandatory. The arrogant douchebaggery of people celebrating this… just move to China if you want to be forced to do this. They’ll even weld you door shut! Hooray!

You need to read up on what your putting in your body because Pfizer and the Moderna shot ARE NOT a vacine there mRNA drugs J&J is a vacine...
