Same aircraft? Well, $140 is 53% of $262, so I’m not sure that’s true.

probably.. but after what we have seen on the ALPA side over these past few years, never say never.
However, thinking out side of the box- a simply Left Seat override for LPV or PTC might be a way to get around the 70%ish rule.
and before you say that’s “impossible”… we do it now for LCA’s and international override.
Anything is possible if you’re willing and looking for a solution to a problem.

Motch

PS) The issue of unfilled Left Seat vacancies is purely a company made problem..
PPS) I will NEVER vote Yes on a deal that steals from Peter to pay Paul.. as we have done in the past.

Or change the RIG/MPD. For the same amount of days off, you’re making more money as a 12 year WBFO than you are as a 12 year NBCA, not to mention a better schedule.

Boarding pay would be a “neutral” way to make nbca more attractive

pay should start at report time. Why did this industry ever agree to something other than that?

That is why you have 1 for 2 in your contract. You can certainly ask for pay during every hour on duty but you can expect management will want an entirely new set of pay tables. You will also find rotation construction changes dramatically.
