There was no retro provision in the language when we went to 65. Don't know if it will survive, but there is a retro provision in the 67 language.

Every other 64.5 yr old I have ever flown with has been deaf, burnt out, and/or bordering an alzheimers diagnosis. You might be cognitively great but you won the lottery. Go spend your money and enjoy life. If we let this new completely arbitrary age surpass the old arbitrary age we are opening a can of worms with our medicals and scrutiny. There's this whole big thing outside of flying that is pretty awesome.

Excited like agitated. Especially about a bill that’s going to go to a conference in which house language often goes by the way side. The House is a lot about messaging bills/amendments that will never see the light of day. Even if it made it to the final bill it would likely go down in court. People staying who aren’t yet 65 is a rule change, pushing people out of a job (like WB CA) because of a law is basically lost wages through regulation.

There’s so many angles to their BS campaign, but this definitely touches on one…..the so-called “rigorous physicals” they say they will continue to undergo every 6 months. You mean the one where you pay “your guy” a Benjamin or two to basically verify all 4 limbs are still attached, sign a piece of paper, and then send you on your way? That type of “rigorous physical”??? They’ll be nonrevving all over the country to find the right AMEs. Just another part of a broken system that will only get even more broken, just like their minds and bodies.
