Contractual issues are beyond the scope of congressional action to raise the age limit. Seniority issues and placement on type, seat, or list, are labor issues to be settled among the pilot group(s) and the union, and between the union, and the company.

Congress can stick their fingers in almost any pie they choose (ex. RLA). Seniority and CBAs are not constitutionally protected.

The only people who care are pilots and politicians won't appeal to them. That would be like passing a law to please piano players in ***** houses. Or grey stucco houses populated by no one but Michael Jackson impersonators who go by the name of "Candice." Just not a big enough population set to make it worth their while.
**I can't believe the program software edited out the word "*****." Perhaps we should have a list of the six words in English that we're allowed to use, or the 19 acceptable letters that we can use to make them, and go from there.

They won't. There's no collateral in it. No gravy. Not even any good publicity. No photo opportunity. Not even fodder for an op-ed. No public interest.

We will generally turn a blind eye to blue language via creative spelling if the context is PG-13 (your example above). If you call someone's Mom a 'ho, that won't fly.
