I received a CJO October 13th, waiting on a class date. As expected. Have September or August CJO peeps gotten a class date yet?

Curious to see what else I can add or how "close" I may be to hearing something...
2500TT, 1500 Turbine & 320 TPIC at 121 regional. Doing union work as well as mentoring for flight students at where I went to college. No accidents/investigations and 1 checkride failure (AMEL in college). 4 internal LORs from somewhat junior FO's.

TIA for any insight & advice!

A few friends mentioned that 3000 TT where they want to see nowadays. Subject to change, but this info is the most recent out there

Maybe tomorrow, maybe never. There are so many of these posts , but honestly, no one can tell you with anything other than a guess. If you listen to a some - such as the guy mentioned above - everyone with 7 hours 121 SIC is getting the call. On the other hand, you hear guys at LCCs with experience not getting the call or getting the TBNT.

Sounds like you have a good resume and, personally, I think you are on the best path for now - 121 PIC (bonus if it’s an AA regional). LCA would be another feather in your cap if you are around long enough / have the desire to do so.

For objective factors within your control, that is checking most of the boxes. 3000TT and 1000 121 TPIC will probably tick a new box.

My impression is that HR's focus atm is strip mining spirit of any useful labor. That probably puts you on the back burner.

Are you at a UA or non-UA regional? Aviate is another universe.

The best piece of hiring advice I got was to just submit your app, and update it regularly. You’ll never know what the hiring team wants this month.

You do know you have to buy a lotto ticket to even have a chance of winning.
