The fact that it is scored absolutely does not mean there is a right or wrong answer. One does not mean the other. I have no actual knowledge, but subscribe more to the consistency theory rather than a right/wrong. There is a possibility that “they” could give two $hits about the answer, but care that you answered the same question, asked 10 slightly different ways, in a consistent manner.

I’m sure there are subtractions made to the final score if one is inconsistent, but in the days of two possible outcomes: PASS/FAIL do you really think that of

A)Strongly agree, B) Agree somewhat, C)Disagree somewhat, D) Strongly Disagree

One of those wasn’t the CORRECT answer. I find that very hard to believe.

think of it like a religion test. They don’t care if you think Jesus is the Son of God, but if you do you better not have any problems with a bacon cheeseburger. The answers need to fit A pattern, not one pattern.

Yes there are ranges of acceptability, nobody disputes this

Aaaight...I ll grant you there may be some questions may be more right then others, but with certain ones including but not limited too: I sometimes doubt I am using my life in a positive way. It should be abundantly clear to you that Strongly Agree is indeed the wrong answer to that one. So I think its not wise to lead people to think that if they answer Strongly Agree here its ok as long as you are consistent with answering similar questions the same way. I don't think you are setting yourself up for success if thats ones method.

Listen I am already here and am pleased with the guidance I received and the strategy it spawned. But I guess I ll never know what I scored.
YMMV

And I know that F9 (specifically) had a higher amount of individuals (than traditionally as you mentioned) skipping regionals during the recent hiring frenzy - cadets, RTP, etc. I see this as leading to the current of sentiment of “why am I not good enough” and causing personal feelings. The path of regional-regional PIC-final airline LCC or Legacy has been upended.

If anything I’m saying the opposite of what you think I am - I think the expectation of CFI-right seat LCC-Legacy is flawed. Not that it is bad, isn’t happening or shouldn’t happen.
I didn't realize that LifetimeCFI skipped the regionals. Perhaps then I agree with you, as skipping the regionals, or the opportunity to do so was a GOLDEN opportunity. I don't know enough of those "skip the regionals" people to frame a narrative nor I am suggesting thats Lifetimes narrative............but if that expectation exists of cfi-righrt seat lcc- legacy it is most definitely flawed.................................and maybe because they got one big break they might think big breaks like that are normal or they deserve big breaks because of whatever.

I see what you’re saying, and yes, I guess in certain scenarios utter honesty could be detrimental. I see what you’re saying.

I could be wrong, but I believe he is in that cohort. If not, I apologize. Regardless you described it perfectly. I think that’s what’s going on with some. I got lucky, went right to an LCC, made it through training, and have been swinging gear for 500 hours, WTH couldn’t I do that at AA, DL, UA.

Of course they could. What’s missing is the recognition of how lucky they were to do it at F9 or NK in the first place and the fact how much less experience they’d be bringing to the table than your average legacy hire pre hiring frenzy.
