I’m already United but Thanks for playing

Ask people who have done both courses, which one they thought was more challenging? I’ll wait…….

Of course you could argue that the first would always seem more difficult.

Wouldn’t it be interesting if someone washed out of Spirit, exercised their ELOA clause returned to their regional and then got to United through a flow through……….I wonder what they thought was harder?

When we went through NK Initial in 2013, it was a few FTDs, 3 sims (99% sure, I think it went to 4 shortly after) and a Type ride. (I believe it increased by a few sim sessions Eventually). Spirts instructors were fantastic but it was challenging, you either got it, or were asked to resign

I guess you are not the exact person to ask, since you are on the guppy......but how would you compare?

When I went through, it was challenging. 8 Flat Panels, 4 FTDs, and 5 sims (6th sim was a non-AQP checkride). Since it was non-AQP, you only really got 5 sims to learn the profile for the ride.

We get 5 sims for the MV and another 4 (if you include ORCA) for the LOE.

NK was much harder

United, being one of the most sought after airline jobs in the entire world, will have one of the deepest application pools available to any airline. They will turn down people they don't see fit. No reason to be overly upset about this.

It’s happening alright. 75 started last Tuesday; a class of 90 starting tomorrow.

Completed interview this week. Hopefully did well but interview jitters always bother me. Anyone got any clues whether to know if it went well or not?

Heard CJO pool has diminished greatly and likely would only be 6 weeks ish to a class date
